Great place to work if you are a social worker . Provides reimbursement for continuing education . Great place to work if you get along with management . Most employees cared about and supported each other .
Cons
Lower pay scale than other related positions . People are treated differently based on if management likes them or not . Policies only matter to certain people and when it benefits management . While I was there, there was a very high turnover rate . No administrative training provided . No support from administrative management . Profits go back to executives instead of going back into the company or to employees .
