Don’t be fooled by the overall decent score bc so much has changed in the past ~6 months. Used to be a good place to work, people were happy despite the average pay and benefits. However, our CEO has decided that its unacceptable for people to enjoy working here and is doing everything he can to make us miserable. I don’t have another explanation for what he’s doing. It’s not just the ridiculous RTO policy either; he’s fostered an environment where everyone feels like they’re always being watched and one false move can set him off. As a result everyone hates it here and everyone is trying to leave or has already left. It’s really a shame what he’s done to this place.
