Pros

Employees are young, fresh-faced and start working here with optimism (typically right out of college). Many of the employees are wonderful and kind people. The office is beautiful and has a very open floor plan that is inciting and doesn't make you feel like you're trapped all day while working. Schedule can be flexible based on a little bit of your preference. The work being done by most of the employees is excellent, and is really innovative and exciting to keep up with.

Cons

The amount of work and stress placed on employees is absolutely ridiculous for the benefits and pay. There is little to no training, and you will be thrown into your position and expected to learn all of the policies and procedures immediately (which are also very conflicting, so it makes them hard to learn). Real vacation time does not exist. If you want to take time off, you will need to cram your 40 hours a week into either the days before or after you expect to take off. Management has terrible communication skills and are almost impossible to reason with. If they don'ts like your personality, you will be miserable. Senior management and the CEO are prone to verbal outbursts (a lot of times in front of all the other employees) without any grounds or basis, and will not apologize even after realizing that you are not to blame. Managers do not follow policies or procedures (and often times do not even know what they are) and will send you conflicting instructions, and then will use you as a scapegoat if anything goes wrong. There is no room for personal growth. Even if you have a great idea to bring to the table, it will either be put off by week after week of "we'll talk about it tomorrow," or you will be given no credit for the idea (don't even think about any type of compensation or bonus even though it is often promised as encouragement for new ideas). Clients will be difficult to work with. Some clients are just plain rude, and instead of sticking up for their employees, this company will continuously allow their employees to be mistreated. This along with confusing (and sometimes berating) directions from managers will take its toll on you after a while. Many of the employees are burned out and frustrated to the point of tears several times throughout the week. Turnover is extremely frequent. You will not be able to stand up for yourself, and will be expected to blindly try to decipher what will make management happy from week to week.
