      Being scam into this company believing how great are they.

      Cons

      Lousy manager..selfish, stubborn, arrogant and very lazy. Double personality which is so disgusting. Can't handle stress and often vent anger on his team. Very poor management skills.

      CP Kelco has a friendly relationship with its employees and many opportunities in the production department. Plenty of benefits, and help and support from HR.

      Cons

      Shifts are awful; work over weekends and nights.
