      Pros

      Great place to work. Senior Leadership is fantastic and always willing to engage with employees. Full team of fantastic, diverse, and skilled people. Highly value all employees and go to great lengths to promote personal growth and education.

      Cons

      Like any company... there are bound to be some cons. Can't think of any at the moment. CP goes to great lengths to learn from mistakes, work with people, and make changes to continually improve.
