Great benefits, and even better team building exercises, decent pay depending on your position. Great yearly, quarterly, bonuses. Good location in the heart of Irvine. Co-workers are friendly and willing to help out if you need it.

No career advancement, expect whatever position you start to be it for the long haul. I'd use this company as a stepping stone for other careers within the auto industry. Favoritism is clearly shown. No job security. People can work here for 15 years without issue and then get the boot without so much as a warning. Will always say your family (red flag when you hear that) but in reality you're just a number at the end of the day. CFO is a cold, heartless, person.
