1. You won’t get your salary or Performance pay on time. 2. They promise random things to new joiners. 3. They don’t have proper parking. Sometimes you’ll have to pay for parking. 4. No food. Even the cafeteria’s food is overpriced in CoWrks, Millenia, Bengaluru (Head office). 5. Very aggressive deadlines. 6. You can’t raise anything to your manager as everything comes from EC team. 7. They are hiring everyday but they have space crunch in their head office.
