Great team, reasonable hours, kind patients.

Driving distance was a bit far.

Working with great people. Work is relatively simple. Decent pay, and catered lunches. Front line folks in this company are solid in spite of the lack of good direction from above.

Overbearing, incredibly disorganized management. Demands an absurd subservience to a 'chain of command' while ignoring all communication from below. Not one person in core management group is medically qualified or experienced. Managers seem to not just be poor choices based on experience, but are by and large ill tempered for their responsibilities.
