      Work is remote which is the only major pro. Colleagues are also helpful.

      Cons

      Micromanagement is extremely high here. The salary does not match the workload. You won't be appreciated if you do extra work.

      Employees leave fast because of the attitude of Mgt. They use binding contracts to tie employees to the company for 2 years.
