Call center - Undwriter COUNTRY Financial Employee Review

Not much of an Underwriting job. You're on the phone 5 hours a day doing the Agents job because they're too lazy to look up the info themselves. Most of the agents I encountered were rude! Horrible pay. No work life balance and awful PTO.
