      Strong financially. Has expanded to 40 states over the last 10 years. Company is A+ rated and is still seeking to continue to expand

      Cons

      Working conditions in IT are tough right now. New management making a lot of changes which makes it a challenging place to work. Hiring more overseas contractors; large layoffs in the first quarter.
