      Great product offering, high quality products that are offered. Lots of underwriting training for sales reps.

      Cons

      Computer systems & employees who want to maintain their jobs thus the song remains the same. A heavy focus on rates vs selling to higher quality clients. Little to no training on how to sell or talk to customers. Curt Bock is a nice guy.
