Pros

Life timers have great pensions and lots of incentive to stay

Cons

Recent "tough business decisions" driving lower retention rates among newer employees. Huge divide of retention between long time employees and more recent hires. E.g. anyone over 10 or 15 years is staying due to good pension, many people less than that are very frustrated with recent budgeting decisions to try and lower overhead costs
