Good pay, good benefits, good co-workers. Flexible schedule and at home work is possible.
Cons
I'm all for accountability, but it's so heavy here that people try to push responsibility to other teams for outages and things like that. You need to be able to defend your work, yourself and your team frequently. That is the downside to working here
