Pros
Country has a good new employee training program. They will train you in Bloomington, IL for two weeks. Much of the training revolves around their sales process which will help with initial sales meetings.
Cons
Their auto and home rates are not the cheapest in the market which makes it difficult to sell in certain markets where most people are looking for the cheapest not most appropriate insurance policy. More emphasis should be placed on product knowledge during the initial sales training.
