Pros
You can set your own schedule. A salary is provide but you have to pay for half of your leads, half the cost of give aways for events or all and you pay for gas, miles on your car and have to take the pictures of the houses you list. Price increases on auto and home owners insurance in Illinois so not always competitive. Good job for recent college graduate until they find another career.
Cons
You never own your book of business. You're building a book of business Country Financial owns.You will be asking family and friends for their business. You will have to call leads in the evening and on weekends when you run out of family, friends and referrals. You may not have assistant so will need to do clerical work too.
