      great for when you're starting the field, or as a part-time/ casual position

      Cons

      starting pay is low, and union is useless. Management is either non-existence, or micromanagers. Turn over is high for staffing, because wages are low. Benefits are paid from staff salary, so deductions on pay cheque is high.
