COSOL is the wild west, hanging onto days past with a boys club, ALOT of mid-week beverages in the CEOs office, a general blame culture, inability to make decisions, and slow/no action on anything that involves benefits or remuneration. Recently the COO has encouraged some staff be treated like second class citizens and excluded from company events.
Im general the COO provides a lot of lip service buy very very little action or actual work other than an occasional flurry of emails and finger pointing .
Pay rises are 3-5 years overdue. Asking will get you nowhere and will likely have you shown the door!
