The Company is Crashing and Burning - Sales COPsync Employee Review

We expect our children to be safe when they go to school. Because I work at COPsync I get to be part of the solution. I am proud to be associated with COPsync and to have the opportunity to work for a company whose sole purpose is to protect those who protect our communities and the communities they serve. A majority of the people who I have the privilege to work with have served our country in either the military or law enforcement and in some cases both. I think it speaks volumes that anyone coming from this background want to be involved in COPsync. Already I have heard many comments stating that COPsync is exactly what is needed and that they wish something like this would have been available when they were on the job. As a former school administrator I see the value in being able to summon help immediately in the event of a crisis situation. Time lost may mean lives lost. COPsync adds that extra layer of protection and peace of mind to the dedicated people who work in our schools.

I wish I had more time in the day to get to all of the schools and businesses that could benefit from COPsync> It would allow them to focus on their jobs and know that safety is taken care of.

Working for a company and developing software that allows us to save peoples lives is amazing and something I can leave work everyday being happy about, knowing I did something to help others. The Technology team is a great core group of employees who are always helping each other, and working hard to make sure we have great products and satisfied customers. The VP of Technology allows the team leads and managers to run their teams without much interference or micromanagement, but if you need him, he's always available to help work through an issue or provide guidance on an issue you are having. The Technology Team's management is always open to new ideas on how to improve processes or customer experience. Growth opportunities are abundant in the technology team, if you're will to work and do a great job at what you do. we have a high quality product that we release monthly to our customers, and the team is proud of being able to release so many new features an enhancements on a predictable release cycle.

With how fast the company is growing, changes in priority on work is abundant and can get overwhelming at times.
