      Pay is good. Pays weekly.

      Cons

      Employees do not have a moral compass or consideration for fellow workers. The language is extremely bad. They smoke and vape around non users. Tell obscene jokes. Mock God, Jesus, and anyone who believes in the Bible. A Journeyman doesn't get the work vehicle, but it is given to first year helper. New people are bullied .

      Pros

      One of the best plumbing companies I've ever worked for. The owner stays super cool calm and collective, as does his dad. Felt like family there.

      Cons

      Maybe be a little more appreciative of the hard work employees put in daily & pay fairly vs focusing on labor cost
