      -friendly, international colleagues -flexible working arrangements: working from home often a possibility -decent pay, though could be better -mindfulness sessions -gym membership contributions

      Cons

      -because it is a relatively small business, can often get overloaded with lots of small projects, and not really be focused on one set of coherent responsibilities.

      Nice working environment Space to grow

      Cons

      Contractors don't have much rights about anything and the salary does not offset this massive con. Managements idea of fair benefits is giving contractors a half day off on your birthday and on Christmas
