      Growing startup, possibility to take responsibility soon, still trying to focus employees saris as most important part of the company, great potential, in the end what CONROO does has really a positive impact on logistics - you can really „move“ something.

      Pros

      Since it is a startup company, everyone has more responsibilities and so that the experience gained is also high. You are given real tasks instead of leftover tasks for your technical development and you are fully included in the team. A team that never judges you for something you did wrong and always supports you for your success.

      Cons

      Reaching the speed and energy of a startup may not be suitable for everyone.
