      Pros

      There are some pretty nice co-workers. Some. Not many.

      Cons

      The management defies description. Very unprofessional. Questionable employment practices. There are cliques. You are either in or out. But even with that said who is favored can change overnight. Very strict policies. No room for advancement. Terrible pay.

      Pros

      -Co-workers were all very helpful when there were issues. -Comfortable office space -Decent break area/kitchen

      Cons

      -Serious lack of professional development. -Salary was very hard to live off of. -Management a lot of the time would try to pick fights among co-workers, very immature -Lack of time to complete jobs effectively for clients -Company should offer a company car for field staff instead of upper management or $0.56 a mile for business related travel, not $0.40
