      Pros

      The founders and partners of the company have a lot of Recruiting experience and they care about the quality of the candidates they send to clients. They do their best to teach others as quickly as possible. I learned a lot about different recruiting methods and what is effective and what is not.

      Cons

      Not many, but the pace is non-stop, and the hours can be long. The partners bring in a lot of clients and a lot of searches, so there's constant pressure on the recruiters to produce new candidates daily, and the projects I worked on could change daily. If you don't mind a fast-paced, sales type of environment, you'll be fine. However, if you want something predictable and at a slow-pace, it's not the right environment.

      - Positive Work Environment: The company fosters a positive and inclusive atmosphere where collaboration and teamwork thrive. - Work hard, play hard environment - Outstanding people. Leadership is very intentional in hiring the best of the best and all around good humans - Lots of opportunity to grow - Supportive Leadership: Given the tools to succeed

      Cons

      Can't think of any. Would note that it's a sales environment so if you aren't hitting your goals consistently, it's probably not the right environment for you.

      You have to provide equipment they ask to be professional while hire ups are not

There are many companies using "Conexus" in their company names. This particular "Conexus" is a Finance, Accounting, HR, and Technology focused search and consulting firm. We do not employ Verification Specialists and we do not require our employees to provide their own equipment.
