      Amazing place to work with smart, switched-on teams. We're real pioneers and leaders in the field, and we get to work on unique problems every day. The culture is truly unique.

      Cons

      As with many biotech companies, there is a lot of ambiguity so job certainty is not as stable as larger companies, but that is common for the whole sector

      Strong and compassionate leadership, work life balance, positive mission that everyone is aligned to, innovative science

      Cons

      Not many - maybe just that it's in transition and moving very fast so sometimes things feel disorganized. Not a huge issue though.
