Pros
Fantastic CEO and staff, everyone is dedicated to the overall mission and have a lot of empathy. Exciting and engaging work that really feels like giving back to the world. Great research focus. Depending on the line manager, flexible to work/life balance.
Cons
Poor planning means no guaranteed full time work or roles, with the constant worry if you will have work the next week or not. There will be no forewarning and no role appears safe. Management don't seem to respect or value all roles or departments in the company equally and makes decisions without considering the ramifications. A lot of overtime is expected as the norm.
