Newer employee here starting in the last few months. The hiring and onboarding experience was super purposeful. Really meaningful work, you feel like what you’re building actually matters. Great people, smart, down to earth, and easy to work with across the board, especially for an organization with so much employee growth recently! Very collaborative across teams with no territorial guarding. You’re trusted pretty quickly to contribute and have a point of view, which is great. You dive right in! Leadership cares about getting it right, not just moving fast. Having a focus on quality is awesome. No shortage of interesting problems to solve which keeps things engaging!
Cons
Working here requires comfort with ambiguity since we're building towards something really special and unique in the industry. Not necessarily a con if you like working in an environment like that!
