Pros
The company has a great culture, promoting success in their employees. They reimburse for education, and have great benefits even for those with families! Management has always had great leaders that let you work without feeling micro-managed. They know how to lead, and do a great job of promoting team success. My experience has also shown they have great opportunities for promotion. They have regular reviews and consistent rewards for performance.
Cons
Just recently has there been a lot of shaking up within the ranks. As a result communication has been a bit delayed and muddled. Not necessarily a problem of direct management, but restructuring is making changes to correct.
