Not a large corporate company hence connecting with colleagues is simple. Boutique-like.

Chaotic workplace Leadership does not seem to be present Would be a good place if the head office is less political, not an easy nor pleasant place to work Our lovely properties need more direction which is non existent and the junior to middle management are filling up the gaps. The senior management are constantly in disagreeemnt with no direction from the leader. The key leader can lead more.
