      Great place to work. Family atmosphere with people willing to teach.

      Cons

      Not many to think of. The amount of days off in your offer letter is actually less because you don't acrue time during the 90 day probation.

      Job-site management are all over the place Bad Communication I’ve been trough several formans and it seems like too much going on They expect you to know what they want you to do when they don’t sure the plan for the day
