      Work culture needs to change and embrace the growth . Succession planning seems not to exist.

      Pros

      The staff at COMACO is knowledgeable and dedicated, a rarity with development organizations in Africa. Thanks to the organization's beginning as a Wildlife Conservation Society project, the company has a strong focus on providing impoverished Zambians access to sustainable and environmentally-friendly sources of income generation (not just improving their bottom line). Because of this, the day-to-day work at COMACO is very rewarding.

      Cons

      Lack of adequate transportation restricts work in the smaller regional offices, as all staff share one or two vehicles.
