Pay is very good for a fully remote company
Cons
Feels like every couple months some engineers get fired. Management can be pretty toxic at times (CPO yells at people). The company in general is pretty unfocused and seems to pivot way too much -- the CEO does not provide strong enough direction or stay committed to plans.
