      Vacation/Sick Pay Benefits Relaxed work environment 401K Bonuses Profit Sharing COE is a family owned and operated business who believes in taking care of their employees and shows appreciate . I have always felt like my opinion, time and contribution mattered to the day to day workings of this company. In the 4+ years I have been here we have grown leaps and bounds. As we continue to grow there will be more and more potential to move up within the company .

      Cons

      The job can be stressful. You manage an account from start to finish, this is not a one call resolution type of job.

      Potential for advancement, working for them gave me a sense of feeling important to the company.. Nice atmosphere, kind caring co workers very helpful. Great incentives! Game ticket giveaways, employee appreciation week!! A gift everyday on your desk!

      Getting through your 90 day temporary position to be hired on through the company can be longer and stressful.
