The salary was commensurate with my knowledge, skills, and abilities (however, none was utilized, because of narcissism). The benefits were awful.
Cons
NEPOTISM!Total condescending orientation towards employees, withhold information and offer no real career support; they DON'T have a care about you and subject you to unnecessary grief and confusion. They try to manipulate you into thinking that you are the problem. Promises are made to employees to appease them for the short-term and pipe dreams are sold regarding growth and opportunity. During my tenure there, two people were let go (no warning), then three people were hired and let go (no warning). I REFUSE TO EVEN USE THIS COMPANY ON MY RESUME!!! IF, I could choose a negative rating, I WOULD!
