      Pros

      This is a very good startup environment. People at here is professional and friendly. Ideas are freely and put into software and be in production daily. I love working at here. Small startup, a lot of ideas and fast moving company.

      Cons

      Since it is startup, there is not a lot of benefits except base salary. You have to devote your time to work to make money. But it was very fun.
