From a sales and business perspective, there are new opportunities every day to grow and develop my skills. I am challenged to become my best self and am given multiple areas to bring my talents and professional skills to the team around me so that we succeed together. I am able to bring positivity to the workplace, and find passion and purpose in what I do.
Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork are woven into the core of the company, and though we are far from perfect, I believe the leadership has proven they are willing to make the difficult choices to reach our full potential.

The training and development is not clear and consistent, but for those who have the initiative, there is support in learning.
There’s a clear need to hire support staff and skilled workers at each level to keep up with customer demand.
While there is beauty in diversity, without inclusion and collaborative engagement, this can lead to a divided or isolated workplace.
