Pros

none, no training, just keep your mouth shut and head down and dont talk to anyone, the bosses do not have any training or respect other people. if you hang out at bars with the first shift supervisor then maby you will get treated a little better.

Cons

no advancement, they dont listen to any input, they will fire you if you question quality and even make up stories to tell the owner to get you fired, they should be ashmed but are not, just users.

Pros

From a sales and business perspective, there are new opportunities every day to grow and develop my skills. I am challenged to become my best self and am given multiple areas to bring my talents and professional skills to the team around me so that we succeed together. I am able to bring positivity to the workplace, and find passion and purpose in what I do. Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork are woven into the core of the company, and though we are far from perfect, I believe the leadership has proven they are willing to make the difficult choices to reach our full potential. With many new customers and improvements in the business operations, the outlook ahead is very strong, and full of potential!

Cons

The training and development is not clear and consistent, but for those who have the initiative, there is support in learning. There’s a clear need to hire support staff and skilled workers at each level to keep up with customer demand. While there is beauty in diversity, without inclusion and collaborative engagement, this can lead to a divided or isolated workplace.
