      Pros

      It's a perfect place to work for someine who enjoy challenging job to the point of losing time for themselves and their loved ones.

      Cons

      Working here meant you're willing to forget that you got a life outside your job. Yes, it's that demanding. Regular working hours wasn't enough that I always had to extend until late night just to accomplish more. The next day was another story. It's a never ending cycle. You wake up, get to work, go home and sleep a little, repeat.

      Pros

      I'm still grateful to have found this job when I was fresh out of college. It was still a good to have job to start your training in the real world

      Cons

      I think the only pro was not having enoughh opportunities for their people to grow their career. For one, I think I have so much more to offer but there's just no opportunity for me to grow or go out of my comfort zone
