      Pros

      Working here helped me jumpstart my career. I guess it was still a good job to have when you're just starting out or fresh out of college.

      Cons

      It was only a good to have job for some time but should never be for something longer. You'd be stuck in your career because of the lack of growth. I decided to chase that growth somewhere else.

      Pros

      I'm still grateful to have found this job when I was fresh out of college. It was still a good to have job to start your training in the real world

      Cons

      I think the only pro was not having enoughh opportunities for their people to grow their career. For one, I think I have so much more to offer but there's just no opportunity for me to grow or go out of my comfort zone
