      Pros

      CNT has a large product offering and a decent management structure. I was happy there but it is very dependent on whom your manager is.

      Cons

      I can not complain. They provided training, good sales support, decent benefits and I was treated very well.

      Pros

      I'm still grateful to have found this job when I was fresh out of college. It was still a good to have job to start your training in the real world

      Cons

      I think the only pro was not having enoughh opportunities for their people to grow their career. For one, I think I have so much more to offer but there's just no opportunity for me to grow or go out of my comfort zone
