      Location is nice and central

      Cons

      Hiring experienced people but treating them like this is their first job - no respect given to staff. Role advertised, promises made during interview process and reality tend to be very different things! Bullying and micromanagement are the norm in some departments. Management choose to ignore what is evident with high staff turnover due to the above reasons.

      Thank you for your feedback. As I have already said elsewhere we listen carefully and react more than most companies. There is no history of bullying in the company but we do set and achieve high standards. We work with demanding successful fast paced partners so our environment will naturally not suit everyone. I am sorry that CNPSI did not work for you and we wish you well in the future.

      Nice office Hybrid working Health insurance Complimentary lunch once a week Very friendly people Good culture Approachable Leadership team

      Cons

      Office is lovely but a tad outside city centre. No other cons, I was less than a year in CNPSI as I was on a contract.
