      - Well known international parent companies. - Strong and loyal local Executive Committee and Senior Management Team. - International experience and diversity of work and projects. - Excellent work / life balance. - Very supportive in helping one to achieve their work goals and professional & career growth. - Strong local governance and tight controls.

      Cons

      - Very little; like most fast growing, fast paced, international companies, there are some minor 'speed bumps', but these are usually and easily overcome.

For sure we work in a high pressure environment which comes from our parentage and the fact our products are distributed in 11 countries by one of the world's leading banks in markets that are rapidly evolving. It has been an amazing journey so far and one the majority of employees have really enjoyed.

      Nice office Hybrid working Health insurance Complimentary lunch once a week Very friendly people Good culture Approachable Leadership team

      Cons

      Office is lovely but a tad outside city centre. No other cons, I was less than a year in CNPSI as I was on a contract.
