      Myopic long-tenured leaders embedded in second tier of leadership (beneath C-suite) are consumed with face-saving, rearend-covering turf battles that negatively effect their teams and company performance.

      Non Stop Learning each and everyday

      Working in this company lacks any sense of relaxation. There is constant pressure, stress, and frequent layoffs. Additionally, employees are required to continuously prove themselves, and even after proving their worth, their work is undervalued due to discrimination and bullying, which are unfortunately ingrained in their work culture.
