      Located in a nice city. Some jobs do not demand much effort. Go along to get along. Many talented co-workers.

      Cons

      Mostly reverse of the pros. Many jobs are extremely difficult to complete to to conflicting or non-existent processes. To get positive visibility by always agree with management. Incredibly inept management.

      Non Stop Learning each and everyday

      Working in this company lacks any sense of relaxation. There is constant pressure, stress, and frequent layoffs. Additionally, employees are required to continuously prove themselves, and even after proving their worth, their work is undervalued due to discrimination and bullying, which are unfortunately ingrained in their work culture.
