      Pros

      The people were amazing to work with while I was there (2+ years). Very friendly and caring "family/team" environment.

      Cons

      Forced out in 2015 as part of the massive outsource/offshore deal with Cognizant. Would have stayed permanently otherwise. This was very sad to see happen.

      Non Stop Learning each and everyday

      Cons

      Working in this company lacks any sense of relaxation. There is constant pressure, stress, and frequent layoffs. Additionally, employees are required to continuously prove themselves, and even after proving their worth, their work is undervalued due to discrimination and bullying, which are unfortunately ingrained in their work culture.
