Pros
Very nice health program (on-site clinic, lots of company sponsored health programs/events, building on-site gym to be open at the end of 2016). If you have a good manager, they do strive to actually recognize you for the work you do. There is potential for CNO to be a great company, but not everyone is on the same page. Career opportunities are there if you want them.
Cons
Very out dated, inefficient systems used to process claims. Projects can be disorganized. Some managers are terrible and others are awesome. The upper management may change your position without warning and you won't have a say in it really. Pay scale varies greatly which could be good or bad depending on which side you land. The Claims Department hands out mandatory overtime as if it were candy. Different teams seem to be working against each other.
