I have been working at CNL Software full-time for 4 years. Cons
The organization is a SME and requires that every employee whether a manager or graduate, gets stuck in when required, adding value to the company and product since the high-profile clients continuously demand innovation, the best processes and solutions within the industry. With that said, if you are more interested in browsing news sites or social media platforms while in the office, cannot focus on tasks and work independently or cannot accept that this is a career and can on occasion consume your time when working on a big project, then I would recommend another career path.
