Cons
Health Insurance could be better. Deductible is not so good. We are using SRC's healthcare plan, not CNH Industrial's. (for now) That will probably improve once we break away from a partnership with SRC permanently and have the same healthcare plans as CNH Industrial, Chrysler, etc.
