Pros
Great working environment, coworkers and engineering managers are supportive and if you are willing to learn there are great resources available to you. Great 401K match and almost two weeks off over christmas.
Cons
Compensation policy is a lot of smoke and mirrors. The company purports itself as a meritocracy but even if you get the best performance review possible it is very difficult to get a pay increase.
