Absolutely nothing. There is no redeeming feature to this employer.
Cons
Management plays favorites over experience. There is no chain of management instead there is a lot of lower management bypass. Lower management is just puppets to the political system. Coworkers create a hostile and demoralizing workplace and it's overlooked by management. They say all the right things and then repeatedly do the opposite.
